Cancelling or Rescheduling Appointments

When an appointment is cancelled day of it creates a gap in our schedule that can be hard to fill and directly impacts our stylists financially. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require a 24 hour notice. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service missed.

Card Transactions

All card transactions will include a 3.5% Service Fee. Gratuity will not be accepted on debit/credit cards.
